I stumbled upon an unexpected treasure

In a niche behind the olde wall

Behind a pane of glass

There sat a few humble pieces of history

Secretly stashed there for a few hundred years

It caught my eye…

A black cast iron steamer

Haunting the house from beyond

Made by a hardworking tradesmen

It took just a touch of this magickal gift to know of its powers

Left behind forgotten about this priceless relic

Etched into my thoughts…

Embracing the idea that this object had slipped away from someone else

It was now in my hands

For me to experience the thrill…A34//1
