The wheel has 10 spokes and spines counter clockwise. 10 is the number of Malkuth. Malktuh is representative of the universe being governed by the action of the wheel.

At the bottom of the wheel is a first which is the meaning of the Hebrew word Kaph. This is symbolic of the hand of fate or fortune that spins the wheel.

There are 6 rays of light coming from the fist and 6 is the number of Tipareth indicting that the force that moves the wheel is balanced.

What I most love about this card is the alchemical processes that are going on within it as well as all the mythology.
